SHIPPING
Unless specified otherwise on the Website at the time of purchase, we reserve the right to add applicable shipping and handling fees to your order, which will be clearly communicated before you finalize your purchase. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply to your order at checkout based on what you order, the quantity you order, and your delivery address, including country.
We will make every reasonable effort to process and fulfill your order within a reasonable timeframe after receiving your complete and verified order and payment. While we may provide estimated delivery or shipping dates, these are given in good faith and may be subject to change. Please understand that the availability of products or services may be limited, and certain items may not be available for immediate delivery. If there is a delay in fulfilling your order, we will notify you at the email or physical address provided at the time of purchase. If we are unable to reach you or if you wish to cancel your order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
We generally rely on local postal services for delivery, and proof of delivery is not obtained. Once the product has been dispatched and is in the hands of local postal services, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any delays in delivery.
Please report any lost or undelivered packages online within 7 days of the expected final delivery date as indicated in your confirmation email.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with our product, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase by emailing us at support@k9-8.com.
In your email, please include your name, order number, purchase date, and your address along with your original payment details. We will provide you with the instructions and return address for sending the product back to us. Please note that returning the product is required to process your refund. Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be issued to your bank account within 30 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@k9-8.com. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This subscription and cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
K9-8 offers consumers “products” that can be purchased through a subscription (“subscription”), which will automatically renew unless canceled.
Your payment details will be stored securely. if you are enrolled in the subscription plan at the time of your initial purchase and you have provided us with a valid credit card number or an alternate payment method, each payment will be automatically processed at the time of each shipment or installment and will be billed to the payment method you provided to us at the time of your enrollment in the subscription plan. If you wish to cancel your participation in the subscription plan, you may do so at any time by emailing support@k9-8.com.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. To avoid a recurring charge, you must cancel your subscription by the last day of your billing period. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
You are obligated to provide current, complete, and accurate information for your billing account. You are responsible for promptly updating all information to keep your billing account current, complete, and accurate (e.g., change in billing address, credit card number, or credit card expiration date). You must promptly notify us if your credit card information is cancelled or is no longer valid. Changes to such information can be made by emailing support@k9-8.com.
We reserve the right to refuse deliveries to you and to cancel your account where payments have been withheld. You agree to compensate us in full for all reasonable costs and expenses (including legal costs) in obtaining payments that have not been made in accordance with these terms and conditions.
ORDER PLACEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
By submitting an order, you are making an offer to enter into a contract with us to purchase the products. Once submitted, you may not withdraw or cancel your order except as outlined in these terms and conditions. Your order is not considered accepted until our website displays an order confirmation message. This message will appear after you have completed your purchase, and you will also receive a receipt via email as confirmation of your order. If any required information is missing or inaccurate, we may request additional details and reserve the right to cancel or limit your order at any time (this will not affect your statutory rights).
Upon confirming your order and receiving a verified form of payment, we will promptly process your order for shipment or delivery. Please note that all items are subject to availability. If any item is unavailable, we will notify you of its status and the expected availability date, and may offer an alternative product. If there is a delay in availability and you do not wish to accept a substitute product, you may request to cancel your order, and if your credit card has been charged, a full refund will be issued.
We do not accept orders from dealers, wholesalers, or customers intending to resell our products.
