RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We take great care in manufacturing and packaging our products to meet the highest standards for quality, nutrition, and taste, but we recognize that returns are sometimes necessary.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you have any issues with the item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you are not satisfied with our product, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase by emailing us at support@k9-8.com.
In your email, please include your name, order number, purchase date, and your address along with your original payment details. We will provide you with the instructions and return address for sending the product back to us. Please note that returning the product is required to process your refund. Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be issued to your bank account within 30 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@k9-8.com. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
