Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you have any issues with the item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Because K9-8 is a consumable health product, we cannot accept physical returns for safety and quality reasons. However, we stand behind our product with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase by emailing us at support@k9-8.com.

In your email, please include your name, order number, purchase date, and your address along with your original payment details. There is no need to ship the product back to us — once your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 30 business days have passed since we've approved your refund, please contact us at support@k9-8.com. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable.
